You can pay via cash, NETS, or credit card (except AMEX).
Like yoga and other things, floating takes a bit of practice. It works differently for everyone. That’s why our intro pack is designed to help you discover the benefits at your own pace.
During your first float, you’ll spend some time adjusting to the environment before you enter a meditative state. You’ll get there faster with every float. As your intro pack is flexible, try both 60 and 90 min sessions to see which you prefer.
Swimwear is optional; we recommend going nude. It’s easier to relax with nothing on your skin. We provide everything else – towels, earplugs, and toiletries. You may want to bring conditioner or a comb.
Please eat a light meal up to an hour ahead, and refrain from caffeine three hours before your float. Please also avoid shaving/waxing on the same day. Other than that, just come with an open mind.
We have one location in the Lavender/Kallang area of Singapore. For directions, click here.
The water is fully filtered 3 times for at least 15 minutes between each float, passing through a hot tub caliber filter, a UV light disinfection system and chemical disinfection system. The Epsom salts dissolved in the water also act as a natural disinfectant; creating a sterile environment where bacteria cannot live in.
With the lights off, being in the tank feels as if you’re floating in the vastness of outer space. The pod is big enough for the average person to stretch out comfortably.
There are no latches so you may step out anytime. We’ve hosted clients with extreme claustrophobia and they reported no issues in the tank.
We have four Dream Pods at each of our two locations (Lavender or Kembangan).
Floating is a deeply personal experience; only one person can float in each pod at a time. Each room is private with its own shower and float pod.
Nope! Soaking in Epsom salt water is a long-established health therapy. It relaxes your muscles and reduces inflammation, replenishes your magnesium levels, flushes toxins, and more.
Nope. The water is so buoyant that it takes a LOT of effort to sink. If you roll over, you’ll immediately be woken up by the saltwater.
You’re recommended to float nude. Feeling weightless is best without anything on your skin. All of our rooms have a private shower and lock from the inside, so you won’t have to walk around in a towel. That said, please feel free to wear a swimsuit.
Floating has been around for over 50 years and has a large volume of published research to back it up. No new-age mumbo jumbo here. Recommended reading includes ‘The Book of Floating’ by Michael Hutchison, ‘Tanks For The Memories’, and ‘The Deep Self’ by John C. Lilly (all available for browsing at the float club!).
Definitely! It’s like placing a womb within a womb. Floating helps to relieve the aches and pains that come with pregnancy. If you are in your first trimester or have any concerns, please consult your physician before coming in.
We’d recommend waiting till after your period is over. You’ll feel more at ease if you don’t have to worry about leaks! That said, if you are comfortable and not experiencing heavy flow, you may use a tampon while floating.
If you’ve recently dyed or bleached your hair, please wait at least a week after to float. This applies especially to semi permanent hair dyes, as they are more prone to running.
If you are prone to motion sickness, you may experience it on your first float. It takes some time to get used to the sensation of floating. You may wish to bring anti-nausea pills. We’d also recommend to lie still in the water, so that it does not get choppy.
